Privacy Policy

Grow+ is used internally by KBS Creations leaders and members who sign in with credentials issued by their organization. We collect:

• Account details — your name, email address, and the password you use to sign in.
• Profile photo — if you choose to upload one.
• Goal & review data — the businesses, goals, targets, traits, and written reviews you or your team create inside the app.
• Chat messages — text messages, photos, and voice notes you send to other leaders or members within the app.
• Basic device & usage data — standard technical information (like app version and crash logs) needed to keep the app running reliably.

The Android app requests a small set of permissions, each tied to a specific feature you choose to use:

None of these run in the background — each is only triggered when you tap the matching button (attach a photo, record a voice note, etc.).

Information you provide is used only to operate the app for your organization:

• Signing you in and keeping you signed in.
• Showing your team's businesses, goals, targets, and reviews.
• Delivering chat messages between the people you're allowed to message.
• Displaying your name and photo to your teammates.

We do not use your data for advertising, and Grow+ does not run third-party ad networks or behavioral tracking.

App data is stored in a managed cloud database and file storage (Supabase). Access to your organization’s data is limited to signed-in leaders and members of that organization. As with any app, we recommend using a password you don’t reuse elsewhere and not sharing your login.

We don’t sell your data. Information is only visible to other people in your organization as required for the app to function — for example, a leader can see their team’s goals, and a chat message is visible to its recipient. We don’t share your data with outside companies for marketing or advertising purposes.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active with your organization. To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us using the details below — we’ll remove it unless we’re required to keep certain records for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Grow+ is a workplace tool for KBS Creations personnel and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 13.
